Job summary

Parsons is seeking a PMC Project Manager for Buildings Projects in Abu Dhabi to lead a team delivering complex buildings initiatives within time, cost, and quality constraints. The role requires strong PM leadership, extensive PMC delivery experience, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering with 15+ years of PMC Delivery experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with projects up to $100m in a PMC capacity.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
Assist in development of the scope of works, preparation of the project plans establishment and monitoring of the project program, integration of requirements across all functions.
Monitor the execution, budget invoices, project delivery, and co-ordination with all stakeholders.
Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Provide innovative solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time, and quality.
