Job summary

Parsons is hiring a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE to lead buildings and residential projects from inception through execution and closeout. The role oversees scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client objectives while ensuring delivery aligns with contract terms and Parsons procedures.

The position requires substantial UAE project management experience, strong knowledge of building and residential developments, and the ability to lead while contributing to technical activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience on buildings and residential projects within the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Parsons representative with the client and subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Lead projects through planning, design, execution, monitoring and closeout phases.
• Establish project requirements and ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical standards.
• Prepare concise project summaries to align team members on objectives and delivery requirements.
• Manage technical, commercial, financial and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Ensure follow-up on project instructions, commitments, decisions and action items.
• Coordinate internal departments and external resources to establish effective project teams.
