The role is responsible for project scope, performance, budget, schedule, quality, commercial requirements, and client objectives while ensuring delivery aligns with contractual obligations and company procedures. The Project Manager will act as the primary Parsons representative with the client and selected subcontractors, providing leadership across technical, commercial, financial, and administrative activities. The position requires substantial UAE project management experience, strong knowledge of building and residential developments, and the ability to combine client leadership with hands-on involvement in technical and design matters.

What You 'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary company representative with the client and selected subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Lead projects through planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases.
• Establish project requirements and ensure deliverables meet defined contractual and technical standards.
• Prepare concise project summaries to align team members on objectives, scope, responsibilities, and delivery requirements.
• Manage technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up on project instructions, commitments, decisions, and action items.
• Participate in regulatory discussions and public meetings when required.
• Coordinate internal departments and external resources to establish effective project teams.

Project Planning and Controls

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and execution plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee development of key project plans, including Project Execution, Health and Safety, and QA-QC plans.
• Monitor project performance against established objectives, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify risks affecting cost, schedule, scope, or delivery and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, emerging issues, and potential risks.
• Lead regular project review meetings to assess performance and establish follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of approved project changes and change orders.

Client and Contract Management

• Maintain effective communication with the client throughout project delivery.
• Negotiate scope changes with the client and key subcontractors.
• Support opportunities for additional project work where appropriate.
• Keep the client and company management informed of significant project developments and changes.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with client requirements, contract terms, and applicable company procedures.
