Job summary

PMKConsult is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join embedded within a client development team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing warehousing, logistics and manufacturing facility projects across the UAE, reporting to a Director, and coordinating across planning, commercial, and client teams.

Requirements include a degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, plus 10+ years of experience and prior client-side/PMC exposure.

• 10+ years of experience required.
• Previous Client-side/PMC experience required.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple warehousing/logistical/manufacturing facility projects in the UAE.
• Collaborate with planning and commercial teams.
• Manage external consultants, contractors and client teams.
• Oversee post-contract phases and lead meetings.
• Own the action tracker and information flow between teams.
• Manage timelines and deliverables and drive site progress and quality.
• Oversee contract administration and formal project reporting.
