Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to lead and supervise infrastructure design for land development projects. You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, develop budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery aligns with program goals.

The role requires an engineering degree and 12-15 years of major infrastructure experience in land development, plus strong technical and communication skills and report-writing ability; UAE/Abu Dhabi

Qualifications

Degree in engineering from a recognized university.
12-15 years experience in major infrastructure for land development projects.
Efficient technical and communication skills.
Prior experience writing design reports.
Stakeholder management.
Experience in obtain NOC's from clients.
Familiar with regional standards and guidelines.
Candidates with prior UAE experience, particularly in Abu Dhabi.

Responsabilités

Act as the company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during program execution.
Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
Market and secure additional work with client; follow up on instructions and commitments.
Develop budgets, schedules and plans for project elements with managers and leads.
Monitor and report progress of all project activity and milestones; flag cost/schedule impacts.
Infrastructure planning for land development projects.
Manage all infrastructure design for a specific portfolio.
Oversee wet and dry utilities design.
Oversee roads and transportation design.
Stakeholder management.
