Job summary

Wood is recruiting an experienced PMC Manager - Construction & Installation to lead on islands, onshore precast, and offshore transport for a major ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires directing construction leaders and ensuring execution in line with project procedures and safety standards.

The candidate will manage planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and contractor interfaces, with a strong focus on on-site leadership, safety culture, and delivering brownfield modifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is essential to apply for this role.
• Offshore and brownfield experience.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience on large oil and gas projects including offshore.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work with people across a diversity of cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and ADNOC Offshore procedures.
• Manage interfaces with ADNOC Offshore OPCO and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, execution, and readiness reviews.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in construction management.
• Report progress and issues to the Project Team.
