Job summary

Wood seeks an experienced PMC Project Manager seconded to ADNOC Offshore to lead a major offshore project. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams through engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires a senior leader with proven offshore project delivery, strong HSE governance, and excellent client management in a complex EPC/EPCM/PMC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 20 years in oil and gas, offshore project leadership.
• Proven EPC/EPCM/PMC experience on major offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the PMC project team and interface with ADNOC Offshore.
• Ensure delivery of objectives within ADNOC requirements, Wood standards and strategy.
• Manage schedule, cost, risk, and change across all project phases.
