Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Project Manager to be seconded to ADNOC Offshore on a major offshore Project Management Consultancy assignment. The role oversees delivery across engineering through handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality meet ADNOC requirements.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in oil and gas, with proven leadership of large offshore projects within EPC/EPCM/PMC environments and strong stakeholder, contractual and risk-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in oil and gas.
• Extensive experience managing major offshore oil and gas projects (EPC/EPCM/PMC).
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, commissioning and start-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the PMC project management team.
• Act as the primary PMC interface with ADNOC Offshore and contractors.
• Ensure delivery of project objectives within ADNOC requirements, Wood standards and project execution strategy.
• Establish governance, priorities and performance expectations.
• Lead project reviews with ADNOC Offshore and senior management.
• Oversee alignment of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and installation phases.
• Maintain safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Escalate critical matters to senior management as needed.
• Promote HSE and quality across the project and contractors.
