Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the App and adjacent surfaces. You will drive compliant onboarding, activation, and referral programs while coordinating with Trading on first trades and engagement across products.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading to align priorities, adapt onboarding for multiple platforms, and deliver measurable growth in a regulated fintech context.

Qualifications

• You have owned consumer onboarding and growth signals, including activation, referral, acquisition or time-to-value and shipped measurable improvements.
• You have shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product and can describe regulatory impacts on the funnel.
• You have extended onboarding capabilities across products or markets without creating fragmented journeys.
• You have enough trading-product depth to own or contribute to trading journeys and discuss mechanics and trade-offs.
• You operate as a senior individual contributor, capable of handling two related charters with independent prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end, setting roadmap for account opening, identity verification, and KYC requirements.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, and time-to-first-value initiatives.
• Extend onboarding platform across products, adapting for new surfaces without fragmentation.
• Own a meaningful trading slice by connecting onboarding to first trade and ongoing participation.
• Lead across functions (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, Trading) and re-plan when constraints shift to keep outcomes intact.
