Job summary

Careers International in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Commercial Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of complex commercial projects, from pre-construction through handover. You will drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and client coordination to ensure on-schedule, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in commercial/construction or interior fit-out, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction / interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contracts, procurement and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction through handover.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations and cash flow; review BOQs and contracts.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Manage project team, risk, QA/QC, HSE compliance and reporting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and handover documentation.
