Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy in the UAE is assisting a leading healthcare facility in Dubai to hire an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT. The role involves high-quality reconstructive and cosmetic care, thorough pre- and post-operative management, and active participation in clinical governance.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Eligible for DHA Specialist or Consultant licensing, subject to PQR requirements.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid professional registration/license in the relevant jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures in accordance with approved clinical standards and patient needs.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.
• Maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality at all times.
