Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks an experienced Consultant in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery in Dubai, UAE. The role involves reconstructive and cosmetic procedures across trauma, burns, oncologic defects, and aesthetic care within a premium multidisciplinary clinical setting.

The ideal candidate holds a medical degree with board certification in plastic surgery, DHA consultant license, and 5–7 years of post-specialization experience.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Board certification in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery.
• Valid DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration in Dubai.
• Minimum 5-7 years post-specialization experience.
• Arabic fluency; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level reconstructive and aesthetic surgical services.
• Perform complex reconstructive procedures for trauma, deformity, or previous surgery.
• Undertake microsurgical and advanced tissue reconstruction.
• Manage burns-related reconstruction, scar revision, and functional restoration.
• Perform post-oncologic reconstruction after tumor resection and other cancer-related treatment.
• Deliver facial, breast, and body aesthetic procedures within approved scope.
• Provide non-surgical aesthetic treatments when credentialed.
• Conduct detailed consultations and pre-operative assessments for risks and suitability.
• Develop individualized surgical plans balancing safety, function, and aesthetics.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care and wound management.
• Collaborate with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, anesthesia, and critical care.
