Responsibilities include advising on project timelines, preparing cash flow forecasts, and overseeing planning processes. Candidates must have an engineering degree and a minimum of fifteen years experience, including ten in senior management roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum fifteen years of experience across engineering, procurement, construction, and planning functions.
• At least ten years in a senior planning management role with team supervision responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations.
• Proven experience in budget forecasting, cash flow preparation, and multi-project schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme planning and scheduling management for a portfolio of projects.
• Advise teams and clients on realistic project timelines aligned with development plans.
• Prepare detailed programmes and accurate cash flow forecasts for finance teams.
• Define project measurement systems and key performance indicators with consultants.
• Produce monthly reports on programme status, risks, and mitigation actions.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6

Strong analytical capability for critical path analysis

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage complex programmes in high-pressure environments
