Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering or Business.
• 10–15 years of experience in real estate development, delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience across all asset classes, MENA region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development aligned with long-term vision.
• Oversee financial aspects: budgeting, forecasting, and modelling to optimize performance.
• Manage development lifecycle from inception to completion within milestones and budget.
