Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project planning or construction scheduling.
• Strong understanding of construction activities and project processes.
• Licensed or professionally qualified construction planner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Primavera-based schedules for real estate projects.
• Monitor progress and perform delay impact analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
