Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans for real estate developments aligned with objectives and portfolio priorities.
Identify new development opportunities through market research, demand analysis and feasibility assessment.
Evaluate projects across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and other asset classes.
