Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Planning Engineer to manage scheduling, progress tracking, and project controls for Utility-Scale Solar PV projects. You will develop comprehensive master schedules, monitor milestones, and forecast bottlenecks to keep projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include CPM analysis, KPI tracking, and preparing executive dashboards for internal leadership and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PM certification (PMP, PMI-SP) is a major asset.

Responsibilities

• Master Schedule Creation: Develop and maintain detailed Project Baselines (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• S-Curve & KPI Tracking: Generate physical progress curves and EVM metrics, and schedule variance reports.
• CPM: Perform regular CPM analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose mitigations.
• Executive Dashboards: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for leadership and clients.
