Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in planning engineering within infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE project experience.
• Professional Engineering certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RTA standards and Dubai local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify critical path impacts.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and time impact analysis.
• Review contractor programs and planning submissions against contractual milestones.
• Prepare master schedules and progress reports.
• Track procurement timelines and authority approvals to avoid bottlenecks.
