Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Planner in Dubai to develop, maintain and monitor master schedules for roads, bridges and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate with construction, procurement, design and commercial teams to ensure alignment between schedule, resources and deliverables.

You will prepare recovery plans, conduct schedule risk analyses, and support the Project Manager with planning inputs. This role requires on-site work and strong collaboration with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining master schedules.
• Knowledge of RTA/contract milestones and KPIs.
• Ability to prepare EOT claims and planning narratives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project schedules comply with specifications and WBS.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare look-ahead programs and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and assess critical path impacts.
• Support Project Manager with planning inputs and corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on schedule matters.
