AECOM in Dubai invites experienced planning engineers to join our global team delivering major infrastructure programs. You will manage master schedules, evaluate EOTs, and coordinate across construction, design and procurement functions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in planning engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
• Mandatory UAE experience preferred (3-5 years) to apply.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
• Monitor project progress against baselines, identify delays and critical path impacts, and perform schedule risk analysis.
• Coordinate planning activities with RTA approval procedures and integration of approvals.
• Review contractor programs and milestones against contractual KPIs and phasing requirements.
• Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and progress reports in coordination with project teams.
