Job summary

Engineering Unit General Contracting seeks an experienced planner with 5–10 years of planning experience in construction, including UAE or GCC regions. Candidates should be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, familiar with FIDIC terms, CPM, and cost control.

Strong communication and coordination with teams and stakeholders are essential. You will handle multi-project scheduling, progress reporting, delay analysis, and EOT preparations, with exposure to dashboards such as Power BI and

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions is a plus.
• Scheduling Professional PSP preferred.
• CPM, resource loading and cost control experience.
• Progress monitoring, reporting and delay analysis.
• EOT preparation experience is advantageous.
• Experience with dashboards and Power BI in UAE environments.
• Experience in multi-project environments in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules and baselines.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Perform delay analyses and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Prepare EOTs and claims where required.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project to maintain accurate schedules.
• Collaborate with dashboards/tools like Power BI for reporting.

Professional certifications Scheduling Professional PSP are preferred Solid understanding of Project scheduling and baseline preparation Critical Path Method CPM Resource loading and cost control

Bachelor s degree in interior design or architect Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5 10 years of planning experience in construction, with at least 2 years in senior planning roles.

Experience working in the UAE or GCC region Strong experience in high-rise residential, hospitality, and fit-out projects in the UAE. Familiarity with project dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) Experience in multi-project environments
