Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, preferably within pharma/healthcare.
• Strong SAP expertise.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actions.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end demand activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop accurate demand forecasts and incorporate inputs from Finance, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate demand forecasts and update SAP.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for forecast accuracy.
• Manage finished goods ordering and order management.
• Monitor backorders and minimize impact on customers and business.
• Maintain alignment with Regulatory and other functions to mitigate supply disruptions.
• Collaborate with Regional Supply Team to prioritize supply and mitigation plans.
• Lead local supply chain activities for new product launches.
• Own and optimize inventory planning, stock modeling, and policies.
• Monitor inventory ageing and slow-moving stock; drive optimization actions.
• Match supplier performance with KPIs, MSAs, and SLAs.
