Acino, part of Arcera, in Dubai seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead end-to-end planning and execution across production, procurement, logistics and inventory management. You will develop production plans from demand forecasts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure material availability to meet customer commitments.

Your background includes at least 3 years in pharma supply chain, strong SAP knowledge, and excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in SAP; SAP expertise is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end supply chain planning and execution across production, procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Develop production plans based on demand forecasts and production capacities; issue production orders.
• Coordinate supply planning, forecast reviews, and material availability to meet demand.
• Manage inventory analysis, MRP runs, and lead-time coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance reporting and monthly SCM KPI reporting.
