Job summary

Bespoke Health Group, a UAE-based healthcare group, is seeking a dedicated Head of Personal Branding to manage five founder-level accounts. You will transform ideas into live, polished content across Instagram and LinkedIn while coordinating shoots, briefs, and approvals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of managing personal brands, fluent English, and strong writing/editing skills. Russian is a plus; be prepared to work with high-profile executives in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing personal brands for founders, doctors, athletes, or public figures with a portfolio.
• Fluent English with strong, polished writing and editing skills.
• Conversational Russian is an advantage.
• Proficient with Canva/Figma and CapCut to assemble carousels and edit short videos quickly.
• Ability to write clear briefs for designers, videographers, editors and copywriters.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars across five profiles.
• Confident working with high-profile founders and executives and offering constructive pushback when needed.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

You'll look after the personal brands of five people: two founders, a stem cell doctor, a peptide specialist and the founder of our wellness clubs. For them you're the go-to person for everything content. They bring you ideas and feedback, you turn them into a plan and make sure it goes live.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a content plan for each person on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Extract great content from busy experts through short chats, voice notes, and biweekly shooting sessions
• Plan shoots with our videographer and brief our designer and copywriter
• Secure quick approvals and keep everything on schedule
• Collaborate with the podcast team to share the best episode clips on the hosts' personal accounts
• Arrange collab posts with our corporate accounts (managed by our SMM agency)
• Maintain account quality: optimize bios, curate highlights, and foster genuine engagement
• Review monthly analytics and share performance insights with the founders
• Understand health communication regulations and compliance in the UAE

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing personal brands for founders, doctors, athletes, or public figures (with a portfolio of accounts to show)
• Fluent English speaker with strong, polished writing and editing skills
• Conversational Russian is an advantage
• Proficient with Canva/Figma and CapCut (or similar) to quickly assemble carousels, add captions, or edit short Stories/Reels on short notice
• Ability to write clear briefs that a designer, videographer, editor, or copywriter can immediately run with
• Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars across five distinct profiles
• Confident working with high-profile founders and executives, with the ability to offer constructive pushback when needed

Preferred qualifications

• Experience creating content in health, wellness, or medical sectors
• Proven track record writing LinkedIn content for founders and C-suite executives

• Monthly base salary range of 15,000 – 25,000 AED
