Job summary

Bespoke Health Group, a UAE-based healthcare group, is seeking a dedicated Head of Personal Branding to manage five founder-level accounts. You will transform ideas into live, polished content across Instagram and LinkedIn while coordinating shoots, briefs, and approvals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of managing personal brands, fluent English, and strong writing/editing skills. Russian is a plus; be prepared to work with high-profile executives in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing personal brands for founders, doctors, athletes, or public figures with a portfolio.
• Fluent English with strong, polished writing and editing skills.
• Conversational Russian is an advantage.
• Proficient with Canva/Figma and CapCut to assemble carousels and edit short videos quickly.
• Ability to write clear briefs for designers, videographers, editors and copywriters.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars across five profiles.
• Confident working with high-profile founders and executives and offering constructive pushback when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a content plan for Instagram and LinkedIn for five personal brands.
• Extract content from experts through chats, voice notes and biweekly shooting sessions.
• Plan shoots with the videographer and brief the designer and copywriter.
• Secure quick approvals and keep everything on schedule.
• Collaborate with the podcast team to share clips on hosts' personal accounts.
• Arrange collab posts with corporate accounts via the SMM agency.
• Maintain account quality: optimize bios, curate highlights, and foster engagement.
• Review monthly analytics and share insights with the founders.
• Understand UAE health communication regulations and compliance.
