The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering with 6+ years IT experience and 4+ years in Pega Decisioning/Marketing, plus OpenShift production experience and ITIL governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of IT experience and 4+ years in Pega Decisioning/Marketing.
- Strong CVM experience and production support in OpenShift environments.
- Experience with RCA, governance, and ITIL processes.
Responsabilités
- Design, develop, and optimize Pega CVM/Decisioning solutions.
- Provide L3 production support; troubleshoot incidents and perform RCA.
- Define architecture, scalability, and performance improvements.
- Build, deploy, and support customer decisioning solutions and integrations.
- Monitor DBs and data streams (PostgreSQL, SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB).
- Collaborate with security, infra, and vendor teams; support releases and upgrades.
