Job summary

Seer Solutions in Dubai seeks an Advanced Solution Engineer to build and grow the Payments Product Team, leading onboarding, reverse engineering flows, and enabling long-term internal product ownership. You will collaborate across vendor, infrastructure, security, and PMO teams to design scalable, secure payment systems.

Expect deep fintech experience, secure transaction processing, and hands-on backend engineering for payment switches, gateways, and POS/Terminal management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• 3–5 years in payment systems, fintech platforms, or financial services.
• Expertise in Node.js and Java with microservices.
• Experience with payment gateways, ISO 8583 and PCI DSS basics.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and encryption standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure payment services and transactions.
• Lead payment channel integrations (ISO 8583, HTTP/REST, gateways).
• Document workflows, routing, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Implement encryption, DUKPT, tokenization, and HSM integrations.
• Develop scalable microservices and backend APIs for payments apps.
• Improve reliability, throughput, fault tolerance, and availability.
• Mentor engineers and drive internal ownership away from vendors.
• Coordinate with PMO, QA, Security, and Infra during releases.
