Job summary

noqodi is seeking a seasoned payments analytics professional to benchmark UAE and regional competitors, track market trends and regulations, and build KPI dashboards from the data lake with the data and IT teams.

You will model profitability per client, maintain rate cards, and support the annual budget with volume, revenue and margin drivers, leveraging SQL and BI tools to deliver insights for strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in payments
• Hands-on exposure to at least two: acquiring, payment gateways, card issuing, digital wallets
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or related field
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau)
• Advanced Excel modelling
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a benchmark of UAE and regional payments competitors
• Track market trends and regulation (CBUAE, schemes, e-invoicing, WPS)
• Build KPI reports and dashboards from the data lake with Data and IT teams
• Build profitability views per client and segment; propose actions on low-margin clients
• Maintain rate cards and model deal economics before quotes go out
• Support the annual budget and business plan with volume, revenue and margin drivers
