Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd. is seeking a Cards MIS Specialist to deliver accurate analytics and actionable insights. You will develop and maintain MIS dashboards, analyze card and transaction data, and support campaign measurement using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Power BI.

The role requires on-site work in Dubai, with responsibilities spanning data collection, KPI definition, and reporting automation to drive business performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, CS, engineering, finance, or related field.
• Experience in Banking/Digital Payment & Card solutions or FinTech.
• Regional experience in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc cards MIS.
• Build and refresh Power BI dashboards and Excel reporting packs; define KPIs.
• Translate campaign rules into customer selections; execute cashback analysis.
• Analyze portfolio performance across segments: acquisition, activation, usage, loyalty.
• Query and transform large datasets using SQL on Hive/Hadoop, Python, PySpark; automate workflows.
• Perform reconciliations, data quality controls, and auditability.
• Partner with product, marketing, operations, finance, risk, tech teams to derive insights.
