Job summary

Noqodi in Dubai is seeking a data-driven commercial analyst to turn market knowledge into pricing and profitability decisions across acquiring, issuing and wallet services. You will build benchmarks, dashboards and KPI reports, model deal economics, and support pricing with client propositions for strategic government and enterprise clients.

UAE market experience is a strong plus, and the role includes mentoring junior analysts as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years in payments with PSP/ acquiring, card scheme or issuing bank experience.
• Hands-on exposure to at least two: merchant acquiring, payment gateways, card issuing or digital wallets.
• Experience building KPI reports, dashboards and client/segment profitability analysis.
• UAE or GCC payments experience is a strong advantage; payments certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Competitive benchmarking and market intelligence across UAE and regional players.
• Analytics, KPI tracking and reporting from data lake with data quality focus.
• Pricing and deal support: maintain rate cards, model deal economics and advise on pricing.
• Team development: mentor 1–2 analysts and set data/reporting standards.
