Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC is seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to grow affiliate, referral and corporate wellness partnerships across the UAE. You will lead new business development, account growth and partner activations while guiding two Account Managers.

The role demands 5+ years of UAE B2B partnerships experience, a proven closing track record, and strong networking, communication and negotiation skills to build a robust partner ecosystem with gyms, clinics, wellness

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE B2B partnerships, business development or commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record personally winning and closing new accounts.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Healthcare, wellness, fitness, employee benefits or HR-tech experience is advantageous.
