Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to grow affiliate, referral and corporate wellness partnerships across the UAE. The role combines new business development, account growth, team leadership and partner activations.

You will build partnerships with gyms, clinics, practitioners, wellness platforms and corporate clients, develop referral and revenue-share opportunities, and lead two Account Managers while maintaining a strong pipeline and

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE B2B partnerships, business development or commercial sales experience.
• Proven track record personally winning and closing new accounts.
• Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous people-management experience.
• Healthcare, wellness, fitness, employee benefits or HR-tech experience is advantageous.
