Siemens Software is recruiting a Senior Partner Management Executive to scale the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem in the Middle East. You will drive partner-led growth, recruit strategic partners, and align go-to-market plans with enterprise opportunities across the UAE and region.

Hybrid work model in Dubai, with emphasis on executive stakeholder engagement, enablement programs, and joint GTM initiatives to accelerate AI, analytics, and low-code adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliance Management, or Ecosystem Development.
• Proven success growing indirect software revenue.
• Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
• Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
• Build partner capabilities around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
• Coordinate executive engagement and business reviews with partners.
