Qualifications

• Significant experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliance Management, or Ecosystem Development.
• Proven success growing indirect software revenue.
• Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue business models.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commercial and business planning skills.
• Experience within Enterprise Software, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, or Low-Code platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in managing reseller agreements and complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain high levels of structure in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
• Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
• Build partner capabilities around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
• Support partners in developing dedicated practices and service offerings.
• Conduct formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
• Build joint business plans with strategic partners.
• Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives targeting enterprise customers.
• Identify opportunities for AI, analytics, and low-code adoption across key regional industries.
• Support partner-led opportunity development and executive customer engagement.
• Drive adoption of Siemens Data & AI solutions within partner organizations.
• Coordinate enablement programs and identify capability gaps.
• Bridge partners and Siemens specialist organizations.

Role Summary

The Senior Partner Management Executive is responsible for developing and scaling the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem across the Middle East. The role focuses on accelerating partner-led growth for Mendix, AI, Data Analytics, and emerging Siemens software solutions through strategic partner recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market execution, and executive stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will combine strong partner management capabilities with a passion for digital transformation, AI, and modern software platforms, helping partners build sustainable practices around the Siemens Mendix Data & AI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Growth & Ecosystem Development

• Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
• Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
• Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
• Build partner capabilities around Low-Code, AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
• Support partners in developing dedicated practices and service offerings.
• Conduct formal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track progress and drive performance improvement topics with key partners.

Go-To-Market & Business Development

• Build joint business plans with strategic partners.
• Create and execute joint go-to-market initiatives targeting enterprise customers.
• Identify opportunities for AI, analytics, and low-code adoption across key regional industries.
• Support partner-led opportunity development and executive customer engagement.

Partner Enablement & Adoption

• Drive adoption of Siemens Data & AI solutions within partner organizations.
• Coordinate business, sales, and technical enablement programs.
• Identify capability gaps and build enablement plans that support business growth.
• Act as the bridge between partners and Siemens specialist organizations.

Executive & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted executive relationships with partner leadership teams.
• Influence senior decision-makers across customers, partners, and Siemens organizations.
• Align sales, pre-sales, customer success, technical experts, and partners around strategic opportunities.
• Represent Siemens at regional industry and partner events.

Required Experience

• Fluent English communication skills and Arabic language skills.
• Based in Saudi Arabia or UAE.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The total cash compensation range for this position is 693,700 AED to 1,318,000 AED with 40% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
