Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Sr Specialist in P2P & Contract Management to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay controls, compliance, and risk management. You will coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team and ensure procurement practices meet UAE laws and Dubai Airports policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6 months to 3 years in procurement, and proficiency with Oracle ERP, Tejari, and advanced Excel. A CIPS qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Overall experience 6 months - 3 years in Procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP system (Preferably Oracle), Tejari and advanced Excel.
• Professional procurement qualification e.g. CIPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
• Ensure purchasing data integrity and PO compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
• Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle and design and test procurement controls.
• Coordinate with Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.
