Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Dubai to lead and optimize factory and operational functions across joinery, fit-out, and interiors divisions. You will focus on efficient production, quality output, timely delivery and cost control while coordinating with projects, design and procurement teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in factory operations/manufacturing within joinery, furniture, fit-out or interior manufacturing (UAE/Gulf).
Experience managing multi‑shift operations and coordinating across procurement, design and projects.
Strong knowledge of production planning, KPIs, Lean/continuous improvement, and ERP/MRP systems.
Knowledge of UAE labour law, HSE regulations and factory safety standards.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead production and operations across joinery, carpentry, furniture, panels and fit-out components.
Develop production schedules aligned with project demands and material availability.
Ensure resources are used efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
Supervise factory floor staff and maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor maintenance, tool management and uptime for equipment.
Drive Lean/5S initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
Coordinate with design, project, QA/QC and procurement teams.
Provide regular production updates and escalate risks when needed.
