Job summary

Stake, the MENA real estate fintech platform, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the core money processes from dividend cycles to reconciliations and investor communications. You will hire and grow a team, implement scalable controls, and partner with Finance to resolve friction in financial flows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, with meaningful time spent in financial services, fintech, or real estate.
• End-to-end ownership of operational processes at real scale including design, running, and improvement.
• Experience with reconciliations, distributions, payables and receivables.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across functions and manage senior leadership.
• Comfort with operational technology: databases, systems, automation tools, no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Own core money processes end to end: weekly dividends, reconciliation, payables, receivables, forecasting, investor updates and exits.
• Lead and develop a team of operations specialists; set expectations and drive performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes leveraging technology to scale efficiently.
• Document all processes with named covers to avoid single-point dependency, including you.
• Partner with Finance on reconciliation, receivables collection and cost allocation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and coordinate with Property Management to address issues.
• Provide stakeholders with dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc insights about asset performance.
• Own investor communications related to property updates and events.
