Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai seeks a seasoned Training Specialist to develop and maintain an Operational Excellence training framework for the MEA region, delivering instructor-led sessions and onboarding programs.

You will be the go-to expert for operational systems, driving system upgrades training, measuring learning impact, and promoting Lean principles, data quality, and best practices across Air, Sea, road, and customs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field as listed in the ad.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Minimum 3 years' experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitation.
• Strong operational experience across Air, Sea, Road, Customs, or Supply Chain functions.
• Advanced knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs processes, Billing and Finance processes, Data Quality, LMS and Operational Reporting.
