Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai seeks a seasoned Training Specialist to develop and maintain an Operational Excellence training framework for the MEA region, delivering instructor-led sessions and onboarding programs.

You will be the go-to expert for operational systems, driving system upgrades training, measuring learning impact, and promoting Lean principles, data quality, and best practices across Air, Sea, road, and customs.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a related field as listed in the ad.
Minimum 5 years' experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
Minimum 3 years' experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitation.
Strong operational experience across Air, Sea, Road, Customs, or Supply Chain functions.
Advanced knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs processes, Billing and Finance processes, Data Quality, LMS and Operational Reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Operational Excellence training framework.
Design, create, and update training materials and presentations.
Deliver instructor-led training sessions virtually and face-to-face across MEA Region.
Facilitate onboarding programs for all new employees.
Act as the primary training specialist for current and future operational systems.
Develop and deliver training related to system upgrades, releases, enhancements, and new functionality.
Measure training effectiveness and learner competency.
Promote best practices, Lean principles, process adherence, and data quality standards.
