Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Consultant in Oncology & Hematology in Dubai to diagnose and manage a broad range of cancer and blood disorders. You will develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies, while coordinating with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists and other specialists.

The role requires a medical degree with a postgraduate qualification in Oncology or Hematology, DHA eligibility/license, and post-specialization experience at consultant

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Oncology, Hematology, or a relevant specialty.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of current oncology and hematology treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of oncological and hematological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care.
• Evaluate and manage hematological malignancies and solid tumors.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Provide follow-up care, monitor treatment response, and manage treatment-related complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
