Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Hematology Oncologist in Dubai to lead care for complex blood cancers and solid tumors. You will join a senior clinical team providing multidisciplinary services across chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies, with emphasis on personalizing care, teaching, and research.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years post-board or fellowship experience, board certification, and a strong track record in hematology oncology within tertiary centers

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Fellowship in hematology-oncology or subspecialty training.
• Board-certified in hematology/medical oncology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years post-fellowship experience at consultant level.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Coordinate care with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology and supportive teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical governance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
