Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Hematology Oncologist for Advanced Cancer Care in Dubai to lead comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of hematologic disorders and solid tumors.

The role requires 3–5 years post-board experience, management of complex cases, participation in tumor boards, and involvement in service development, education, and clinical research.

A DHA license or eligibility is required; English fluency essential; UAE licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Completion of Internal Medicine training followed by Hematology-Oncology fellowship.
• Board-certified in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology.
• Minimum 3–5 years post-board or fellowship consultant experience.
• Experience with benign and malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage benign and malignant hematological conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Interpret bone marrow biopsies, flow cytometry, and molecular testing.
• Lead multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinate care.
• Provide survivorship care and palliative care when appropriate.
• Mentor junior physicians and contribute to clinical governance.
