Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead all controls activities for ADNOC Offshore projects. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will oversee planning, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

You will provide strategic guidance, ensure adherence to standards, and drive value through robust project data and executive dashboards. Offshore, major capital projects, leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 15–20 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy or major capital projects.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Controls leadership on large EPC/EPCI projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Controls team across planning, cost, risk, and reporting.
• Develop and implement Project Controls procedures, systems, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks, and change management; ensure timely performance reporting.
• Interface with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC Contractors, and stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
