KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Construction Manager for offshore project execution. You lead all phases from fabrication to offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across EPC contractors and PMC interfaces.

The role requires extensive leadership, offshore construction experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines, manage risk, and maintain alignment with ADNOC standards and project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with extensive oil & gas offshore experience.
• Minimum 10 years in Construction Management on major offshore developments; PMC experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for all construction activities across fabrication yards, installation, hook-up and commissioning.
• Oversee contractor execution plans and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
• Monitor progress, productivity and interfaces across multi-discipline teams and facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives are achieved throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, commissioning and operations teams.
