Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer for HVAC on offshore greenfield projects supporting ADNOC Offshore. The role entails leading engineering activities from concept through commissioning, ensuring compliance with ADNOC Offshore standards and international codes.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the position requires strong leadership and offshore experience. You will coordinate with Process, Electrical, Instrumentation and HSE teams, review technical drawings and vendor documents,

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC engineering.
Minimum 5 years in a Lead HVAC Engineer role within major Oil & Gas projects.
Offshore Greenfield EPC project experience is preferred.
ADNOC Offshore project experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead HVAC engineering activities for offshore oil and gas projects.
Supervise HVAC engineers and designers.
Ensure deliverables meet project schedules and quality requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, Civil, Structural, and HSE.
Review design drawings, calculations, and vendor documents.
Support procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up phases.
