Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist Process Engineer for an offshore water injection project. Based in UAE, the role will support brownfield modifications, FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, commissioning and startup activities across offshore facilities.

The ideal candidate has 15–18 years of oil & gas process experience, offshore brownfield expertise, and strong capability in process simulation (HYSYS/Aspen Plus) and safety studies (HAZOP/SIL/LOPA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering; Master's preferred
• 15–18 years of process engineering experience in Oil & Gas
• Minimum 5 years in offshore brownfield projects; offshore water injection experience

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore process engineering activities for water injection systems.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, and design calculations.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, simulations, and system performance evaluations.
• Support brownfield modifications and MOC activities.
