Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Lead Technical Safety Engineer to oversee process safety for offshore and onshore oil and gas developments across the full project lifecycle, from concept studies to detailed engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with ADNOC offshore / PMC / Client representation preferred.
• Minimum 17+ years of TSE experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Energy sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Technical Safety Engineer (Process Safety) engineering activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Serve as the discipline technical authority and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective TSE solutions.
• Facilitate workshops such as PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL & LOPA and follow up on recommendations.
