Job summary

KBR is seeking a Construction Manager for an offshore oil and gas development project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead construction execution across fabrication yards, offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive PMC and contractor management, with a strong emphasis on interfacing with ADNOC standards and project governance. This position is based at Abu Dhabi offices and on-site locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine or related engineering.
• 25 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• 10 years in Construction Management on major offshore developments.
• PMP Certification or Chartered Engineer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and direction for all construction activities.
• Oversee offshore installation, hook-up, and commissioning support activities.
• Monitor contractor productivity and performance throughout execution.
• Ensure safe execution of offshore activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between project teams and operating assets.
