Job summary

KBR in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Construction Manager for an offshore project. You will lead all construction, fabrication, offshore installation, hook‑up and commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence across yards, sites and marine spreads.

The role requires extensive offshore construction leadership, contractor management, and interface coordination with engineering, procurement and operations to deliver project objectives from detailed engineering through handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, structural, marine engineering or related field.
• Minimum 25 years in Oil & Gas with 10+ years in offshore construction management.
• PMC/EPCI contractor coordination and offshore installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all construction, fabrication, offshore installation, hook‑up and commissioning activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.
• Coordinate multi‑discipline construction activities and interfaces across sites.
• Review and endorse Construction Execution Plans and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide leadership at fabrication yards, offshore locations and commissioning teams.
