KBR, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead all contractual and commercial activities for a major offshore oil and gas development project in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires ensuring effective administration of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and consultancy contracts throughout the lifecycle. You will provide strategic contractual guidance to Project Management, manage risks and variations, and act as the focal point for contract governance, claims, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in oil & gas contracts and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge in EPC/PMC contract structures and administration.
• Proven ability to manage contractual rights, risks, variations and claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractual and commercial management for a major offshore development project.
• Provide strategic contractual advice to Project Management and governance bodies.
• Administer EPC, PMC, consultancy and vendor contracts.
• Manage change control, variations and contract change orders.
• Lead claims management and settlement discussions with contractors.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual requirements.
• Prepare commercial assessments and reports for project governance.
